We are officially off to visit Haiti this Friday!

Melissa and I are hopeful and excited to visit Port Au Prince and meet the team members of Heartline ministry.  We will keep the blog up to date with pictures and thoughts of the trip.

This is a short update but I will leave you with a verse out of Hebrews 10:22:

“Let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.”

When we draw near to him sincerely it means we are deeply convinced of our need of help, and truly in earnest to obtain it.  We as Christains can have full assurance of faith – an unwavering confidence, knowing fully that God accepts us into his family.
